Emotional Surface deals with the theme of second skin. Much technical research is done on this subject, but this work concentrates on how a piece of clothing is actually comparable to our skin in terms of expressing our inner emotions towards the outside world.

The wish is to exteriorize the interior, clarifying ones emotional state through a demonstrative gesture. These thoughts convey in a collection of fifty fabric samples, each one representing a distinct emotion. The feeling is given mainly by the elaboration of the surface through embroidery or smocking, technical prints or any other manipulation of the fabric.
